But first, some bad news for the lovers of ChatGPT among us. There will be no “rich tapestry” or overly stretched analogy about orchestras and symphonies.

Instead, I have found a comparison that seems more analogous and more grounded in the real world in which we live: Changing bed sheets.

Changing bed sheets is one of those tasks that seem straightforward but often turn into a bigger project than expected. Much like organizational change management (OCM), it’s a process that’s easy to start but can become surprisingly complex. It’s also a task often delayed as long as possible.
